Chelsea Moore
Attorney
Chelsea is an attorney who practices divorce and family law. Chelsea counsels her clients on numerous aspects of divorce and child-related proceedings, including parenting time and decision-making responsibilities, child support, spousal support, property division, and complex financial issues.
Prior to practicing family law, Chelsea was a Deputy District Attorney in Colorado’s 1st Judicial District (Jefferson County) where she was assigned to both District and County Courts.
Chelsea is a skilled litigator, winning more than 40 jury trials over the course of her tenure as a DDA. While in law school, Chelsea worked as a law clerk in the Office of the District Attorney for both the 18th and 20th Judicial Districts.
Chelsea received her J.D. from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law in 2018. At law school she was a member of D.U.’s highly-rated National Trial Team, where she excelled in a variety of regional and national trial competitions, including the Hoffman Cup competition, where she was a Championship Finalist in 2016 and 2017 and was named Best Advocate in 2017.
In addition to her J.D., Chelsea earned a Bachelor’s degree in Film, Television, and Theatre from the University of Notre Dame in 2010.
In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys Notre Dame football, classic cars, crossword puzzles, stand-up comedy, travel, and spending time with her unruly puppy.
